"Danke der Nachfrage" in this case means "Nice of you to ask." or "Thanks for your concern"

btw..in German for "I'm fine" we say "Mir geht es gut". "Ich bin fein" is not common (actually i don't think that it is used at all in this case) You can say "Ich bin fein angezogen" (which means that u are dressed in really good clothes, like a suit) or "Ich habe mich fein gemacht" (I'm dressed up")
